8.2/10

The hotel is in a quiet residential location with various eateries, cafes, and bars within walking distance. While the surroundings offer convenience, the onsite facilities like room service and housekeeping were exceptional. However, noise from the nearby bar area can disturb the peace, and the room setup with blinds instead of curtains might not suit everyone's preference.

6.4/10

The hotel has a lovely location, just a few minutes walk from the city center and with free parking right outside. The rooms are starting to show wear and the smell was not pleasant. The service was very helpful and accommodating, although some details were missed. The overall experience was spoiled by the bar situation at night. The dining options could have been better for the price paid.

The hotel was really quirky and nice to look at, though I had some issues with contacting them. The service made me feel right at home with the friendliest staff ever and they were incredibly accommodating to dietary needs. The location was amazing, and the rooms were to everyone's taste, spacious and comfy. The dining, particularly the breakfast, was top-notch. A gem in a quiet street with parking.

7.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice but could benefit from a more modern kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately, the noise from a party kept us up until 4 am, and the staff didn't seem concerned about it. The morning light shining directly onto the pillows at 5 am wasn't pleasant either, and the room itself was quite basic.

The hotel had a few issues with the lighting and some areas needing attention, but having air conditioning was a huge benefit in the hot weather. The morning touch was lovely, and the two-level layout was unique. The service was amazing and very accommodating, especially towards my toddler. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay, easily accessible, and great for kids. The dining was okay but could be improved, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The service was fantastic, they really couldn't do enough to accommodate us, especially with my toddler's demands. They had many little touches that made a difference, like being shown to our room instead of just given a key.

I loved everything about the location; it was relaxing, easily accessible, and great for kids. The drinks were lovely and tasty, and staying in the Douglas duplex suite offered great facilities and value for money.
Dining
6.0
The dining was a nice bonus, but better options could be found elsewhere, as it could be a little pricey on top of the room rate. The food seemed pre-cooked and kept warm.
Facilities

The facilities were decent overall.
