the location was acceptable, being a short walk to attractions.
The kettle cord in my room did not reach the tabletop. I had to use it on the floor. the tv was quite small and mounted far from the bed. this room lacked a luxurious feel.

Adequate Stay at Quirky Hotel

friendly staff quirky decor dirty toilet terrible service
The staff was friendly. I appreciated the hotel's quirky decor a lot. Parking was a 5-minute walk away. It cost £10 for 24 hours. I liked the outdoor area. It was under cover and had blankets available. The location is great!!!
The breakfast service was terrible. I noticed many tables had not been cleaned. I also saw a dark brown stain in the toilet in my room. It looked very unpleasant. It looked like it had not been cleaned properly.

uncomfortable mattress inaccurate description
The mattress was unusually uncomfortable. It felt quite cheap. i hardly slept. i informed the staff in the morning, and they said they would alert housekeeping, but i don't know if this will be resolved. there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, quite poor considering the price. a very loud alarm sounded at 11 am. I can only hope it was a coincidence and not some sort of evacuation signal. the description on the website was inaccurate so i felt a bit cheated.

Adequate Stay with Some Drawbacks

convenient location room cleanliness parking discount limited breakfast sparse staff missing options
The hotel's location was definitely a high point for me. It allowed for easy access to key areas. My room, a Classic Double Room, was clean upon arrival. The reduced rate for the nearby APCOA parking was helpful.
I encountered a couple of issues. The continental breakfast lacked a hot option, a bit disappointing. I found the staff to be somewhat sparse at times. I had to find them to sort out a couple of things.
